Ardmore Language Schools run summer English courses for students from all over the world in 19 residential and two non-residential centres across the UK. We hold British Council accreditation and are the first language school in the UK to have received Travel Safe Gold Accreditation.
Every year we carefully select over 550 summer staff from thousands of applicants from the UK and Europe. If residential, we offer full board and accommodation free of charge (no salary deductions). Our standard contract length is for four weeks, however, we offer extensions of up to four weeks in the summer. We also have positions available at Easter and throughout the year during the off season.
We pride ourselves in offering comprehensive training into all our roles, including Ardmore-specific Online Training & Safeguarding, residential Management Training, self access Continuous Professional Development programmes and role specific Induction training for all staff. We also provide every employee with a Staff Handbook, regular appraisal and feedback to all our staff as well as references at the end of employment. Our teachers work with six levels of Ardmore workbooks, Teacher’s notes, toolkits and audio materials.
What is more, there are exciting opportunities for development and promotion for returners as well as our end of employment Club Ardmore bonus.
